Schull is a lovely village on the Mizen Peninsula in West Cork, known for its sheltered harbour, which is generally used for recreational boating.
Sailing, surfing, diving, and kayaking are all popular activities in the harbour and in the local beaches. It is also a good spot for a spot of whale and bird watching.
There are also a number of walking and cycling trails to explore the area and enjoy the outdoors.
The village also has a range of book shops and food shops to choose from, as well as craft shops such as ceramic sculpture, pottery, and other Irish crafts.
Schull harbour hosts the annual Fastnet International Schools Regatta.
