Narin Strand is a beautiful, Blue Flag sandy beach approximately two kilometres long.
Inishkeel island is located approx. 250 metres from the mainland in Gweebarra Bay and can be reached on foot at low tide by crossing a tidal sandbank.
It is well worth a visit, with its early Christian churches, holy wells and beautifully decorated stone slabs.
